Patrick Gagnon – President & CEO
Patrick brings over 30 years of Semiconductor and Optics Technology background to his role as President and CEO. Patrick earned a B.S. degree in Photographic Science from McGill University in 1978. He has worked in key equipment engineering roles at Kodak, Xerox, Silicon Valley Group Lithography and Texas Instruments. Patrick is a holder of technology patents in his area of expertise.
George Elliott – CFO, COO, VP Operations
George brings over 30 years of experience from the Semiconductor, Engineering and Construction in the Oil and Gas industry, Chemical Processing, and Pulp and Paper industry. George holds a B.S. ChE degree from Lamar University and an M.B.A. degree from Baylor University. George spent a good part of his career as a Supply Chain Management professional at Texas Instruments focused on tier 1 capital equipment procurement. His background in process engineering, supply management, and business management brings a unique mix of senior management capability and customer savvy to the company.
Richard (Dick) Guldi – CTO
Dr. Guldi brings 36 years of experience in wafer fab start-ups, technology transfer and technology development at Texas Instruments. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from MIT. Dr. Guldi brings a wealth of technology experience and has over 40 publications and 45 patents for his work during his tenure with TI.
